# 7.1 - Transfer Policy

Any time an Deputy wishes to transfer between departments they shall contact command Staff via ticket for a transfer request. The Command Staff shall then be notified of the pending transfer and shall either approve or deny the request. If the seeking department approvals and will process the request. Once both Departments approve the transfer, it shall be processed by Administration of both.
